Opening for a 7-day-6-night tour to the Western region (22^nd June - 28^th June 2015) was a tennis exchange program among workers of three regional offices in Ho Chi Minh City.

Temporarily leaving Ho Chi Minh City, we arrived at Tra Su Melaleuca forest ecoregion. The forest remained having natural pristine appearance. Bac Lieu city was the following stop. We visited the house of late musician Cao Van Lau, Quan Am Nam Hai pagoda and the house of Bac Lieu mandarin’s son.

Next destination was Ca Mau Cape. The whole group experienced thrill and excitement on a high-speed train to the top of the country. Everyone was happy to set foot on the southern end of the country and enjoy the typical dishes here.

Goodbye Ca Mau Cape, Can Tho city was the following destination. The place was considered as the capital of the Western region, creating a new feeling for the whole group. Discovering new places, participating in group games on the car while the car was moving throughout the long journey had created motivation for each member to forget tiredness. We visited Bat pagoda, Clay pagoda, Cai Rang floating market.

Leaving Can Tho city, the whole group returned to Ho Chi Minh City, visited Cu Chi Tunnels where there were well-known tunnel and anti-mine systems created in the years of resistance against the US.

Seven days exploring the Western region, Vu Minh family had moments, experiences, and memories of the people and culture of the Western provinces. We temporarily put aside our daily work to get into the joyful and excited atmosphere with colleagues so that each member of us, when coming back, would have new experience, knowledge, motivation and new dreams to contribute to the strong development of Vu Minh Company.
