Aumund equipment has an optimal design and high-precision manufacturing, so it also requires a correct installation in accordance with the technical specifications to fully utilize the advantages of Aumund, and to bring a long service life and highest efficiency. Therefore, for new installation, renovation and replacement of Aumund equipment, customers often have to hire Aumund experts to do supervision and test run.
Since early 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Aumund experts cannot come to Vietnam, while the Aumund equipment previously ordered by customers has arrived in Vietnam and needs installing for operations. As of September 2020, Vu Minh's service engineers who have been trained by Aumund and worked with Aumund experts for many years could assume this task with online support from Aumund experts in some projects:

- Kiln feeding bucket elevator at Thanh Thang Cement Company
- Bucket elevator for conveying raw materials to the silo at Thanh Thang Cement Company
- Installation of chain for the bucket elevator of the cement mill at Cam Pha Cement Company, Quang Ninh Province
- Installation of bucket elevator for Tam Diep Cement Company
- Installation of chain for the bucket elevator of the cement mill at Cam Pha Cement Company – Southern Branch
- Installation of the entire equipment system for the bucket elevator of the cement mill at Hoang Thach Cement Company
During the course of implementation of these projects, Vu Minh's service engineers were present in the field, exchanging online regularly with overseas Aumund experts, supporting supervision and guiding installation, alignment and test run according to Aumund's standards.
At the same time, they were also conducting regular checks of equipment status and making technical reports to customers.
