High-temperature and long-term greases for rolling bearings subject to high temperatures in continuous presses
Klubertemp HB 53-391 and Klubertemp HB 53-392 are synthetic long-term greases based on perfluorinated polyether oils. They were especially designed for the lubrication of roller bearings subject to high loads and temperatures in continuous presses. This grease shows good oil retention at high temperature and is thermally stable, which enables Klubersynth BH 72-422 to extend your relubrication intervals at operating temperatures above 160°C up to 220°C.

Kluberlub PHB 71-461 is a special high-temperature lubricating grease based on mineral oil and polyurea. It is suitable for a wide service temperature range and can be used up to 180°C under continuous relubrication conditions. Kluberlub PHB 71-461 may be applied via centralized lubrication equipment.
