Graphite based operational lubricant for open gear drives
Because of its unique chemical composition based on an aluminium soap thickener, the GRAFLOSCON C-SG 0 ULTRA provide good adhesion that protects the tooth flank even at extreme loads.The life of the gear is enhanced by the presence of fine graphite particles that form a protective layer and prevent damage.
The vibrations and temperature difference across the tooth flank are reduced. The gears are also protected against corrosion due to the special additives.

Heavy-duty grease for highly-loaded rolling bearings operating at low speeds
Kluberlub BE 41-1501 is designed to meet the requirements of rolling bearings subject to extreme conditions.
FAG FE 8 tests have confirmed the effectiveness of Kluberlub BE 41-1501 under these conditions and it is approved by various bearing manufacturers, e.g. FAG, to be used for applications in low-speed rolling bearings subject to very high loads and shocks, for example in roller presses and bowl mill crushers.

Aqueous graphite suspension
Kluberplus S 01-004 is a stable, aqueous graphite suspension used for applications at very high temperatures. It is free from solvents and thus prevents environmental contamination by solvent evaporation. In an undiluted condition Kluberplus S 01-004 is characterized by a very good wetting capacity, good corrosion protection and high stability.

High-temperature lubricating paste
Wolfracoat C is a grey high-temperature lubricating paste containing metal solid lubricant pigments (e.g. copper, graphite). Wolfracoat C counteracts excessive friction, wear and seizing at lubricating points subject to high loads. Wolfracoat C forms a thermally stable lubricating film. At temperatures above 200°C, the solid lubricants remain in the friction points and protect against tribocorrosion and fretting of e.g. fits up to 1200°C.

High-temperature lubricating compound
WOLFRACOAT C FLUID is a viscous high-temperature release agent and lubricating compound based on a mineral and ester oil mixture. It contains solid lubricants, metal pigments and an inorganic thickener. The base fluid starts to evaporate at approx. 200°C, leaving a solid lubricant film, which separates frictional surfaces (dry lubrication).

Fluid grease for rolling and plain bearings subject to high loads
COSTRAC AK 0 is a multi-purpose fluid grease based on mineral oil. It offers good water resistance and corrosion protection even at high temperatures.
