Lubricating oils for the food and pharmaceutical industries
PARALIQ P 12 and P 40 are based on medically pure special oils which are neutral in odour and taste acc. to the European Pharmacopoeia (medical white oil).
PARALIQ P 12 and P 40 are NSF H1, 3H registered and therefore comply with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570. The lubricants were developed for incidental contact with products and packaging materials in the food-processing, cosmetics, pharmaceutical or animal feed industries.

High-temperature chain oils
All chain users aim at minimising lubricant consumption volumes to enhance their profitability. At the same time, they expect good wear protection and low residue formation to keep maintenance costs low.
Our synthetic ester oils clearly meet these requirements. With our Klubersynth CH 2 series, we have found the right solution for you.
High-temperature lubricating oil
HOTEMP 2000 is an advanced, fully synthetic high-temperature oil for friction points that are normally lubricated manually.
HOTEMP 2000 is resistant to temperatures up to 250 °C and does not decompose thermally into hard, lacquer-like residues that may stiffen or seize chain joints.
Special lubricating greases for boundary friction conditions and tribo-corrosion
MICROLUBE GL 261, GL 262 greases are special lubricating greases on a mineral oil base, special lithium soap and the MICROLUBE additive package. Running-in wear is reduced to a minimum. In addition, the MICROLUBE additive package provides protection in the boundary friction regime, thus preventing tribo-corrosion. These greases have the capacity to absorb high pressures, and they have good anti-corrosion properties.
Synthetic lubricating oil for use in the food and pharmaceutical industries
PARALIQ 91 Spray is a food-grade lubricating oil based on a ester oil which has been developed as release agent for tins, moulds, cutting boards and other solid surfaces in contact with foodstuffs. It is neutral in odour and taste.
It is NSF H1, 3H registered and therefore complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570. The lubricant was developed for incidental contact with products and packaging materials in the food-processing, cosmetics, pharmaceutical industries...
Lubricating and assembly paste
ALTEMP Q NB 50 is a white/beige lubricating paste containing a mineral base oil, a barium complex soap and inorganic solid lubricants.
Besides its application as a universal assembly paste, this product offers benefits especially in friction points with small to minimum motion under high static and dynamic loads.
Air-hardening PTFE bonded coating
FLUOROPAN T 20 Spray is a whitish-transparent, air-hardening bonded coating based on PTFE and an organic binder.
When FLUOROPAN T 20 Spray has been applied and hardened, it offers high wear resistance, a low friction coefficient and no stick slip at low speeds. Its adhesion on iron and non-ferrous metals and solvent-resistant plastics as well as wood is good.
