Kluberlectric BE 44-152 is a fully synthetic lubricating grease based on a synthetic hydrocarbon oil, lithium soap and dark solid lubricants. Due to its special composition, static electricity in rolling bearings is conducted through the grease, thus preventing local voltage discharge, which would severely damage the bearing raceways and rolling elements.

ISOFLEX TOPAS NB 52, NB 152 are rolling and plain bearing greases based on a synthetic hydrocarbon oil and a barium complex soap. The special barium-soap thickener used in the greases offers good load-carrying capacity as well as resistance to water and ambient media unlike other soap-based thickeners. Both products show good protection against corrosion as well as oxidation and ageing stability. The Kluber barium complex soap is ELINCS-registered and approved by GASG (Global Automotive Stakeholders Group).

Kluberlectric KR 44-102 is a special grease for the lubrication of electrical switches, contacts and sensors. It consists of a synthetic hydrocarbon oil and lithium soap incorporating a UV indicator for quality inspection. A special additive combination makes Kluberlectric KR 44-102 particularly suitable for the lubrication of electrical contacts.

Electroconductive rolling bearing grease for long-term lubrication
Kluberlectric HB 72-102 was developed as an electroconductive rolling bearing grease offering good compatibility with seals and elastomers as well as additional characteristics that are required for the long-term or for-life lubrication of rolling bearings. Due to the use of selected additives based on ionic liquids, the lubricant's electroconductivity was increased, attaining resistance characteristics resembling those of semiconductors.
