Refrigeration oil especially for ammonia compressors in the food-processing industry
Kluber Summit RHT FG 68 based on highly refined and hydrogenated white oils especially for the lubrication of ammonia refrigeration compressors.
The hydrogenated base oil is chemically stable and was designed in particular to withstand the influence of ammonia. While conventional mineral oils tend to blacken when reacting with ammonia and deposits tend to form in the refrigeration circuit, this is not the case with Klüber Summit RHT FG 68. Oil change intervals can be extended significantly. Due to the low solubility in ammonia, Kluber Summit RHT FG 68 contributes to refrigeration efficiency. Experience has shown that Kluber Summit RHT FG 68 can be used with evaporator temperatures down to -33°C depending on the operating conditions. Kluber Summit RHT FG 68 meets the requirements of DIN 51 5031, KAA.
It is registered as NSF H1 and therefore complies with FDA 21 CFR 178.3570.

Fully synthetic compressor oils for the food-processing and pharmaceutical industry
Kluber Summit HySyn FG oils are air compressor oils based on synthetic hydrocarbon oils. They can be mixed with mineral oils and other synthetic hydrocarbon oils.
The oils offer good oxidation stability due to the synthetic base oil, thus minimizing oxidation residues in the compressors and extending oil change intervals and the service life of oil filters and separators.
They are NSF H1 registered.

Synthetic hydraulic oils for the food and pharmaceutical industries
Klüberfood 4 NH 1-15...100 oils are hydraulic oils based on synthetic hydrocarbons. Klüberfood NH 1 oils offer good oxidation stability due to the synthetic base oil, also good stability at low temperatures and protection against friction and wear. They meet HLP requirements acc. to DIN 51524 part 2.
Apart from their excellent corrosion stability, Klüberfood 4 NH 1 oils have a good water separation ability.

Kluber Summit Varnasolv is a concentrated conditioner fluid containing synthetic ester oil and cleaning additives. It is miscible with mineral oils, synthetic hydrocarbons, ester oils and polyglycols.

High-purity rolling bearing grease for long-term lubrication
Kluberquiet BQH 72-102 is a synthetic high-temperature lubricating grease. Due to the careful selection of product components and the clean manufacturing environment, Kluberquiet It is a rolling bearing grease with a particularly low noise level. Synthetic air compressor oils for oil change intervals up to 8,000 operating hours
Kluber Summit SB oils are air compressor oils based on synthetic hydrocarbons and additives. These oils are miscible with mineral oils and synthetic hydrocarbon oils, but not with oils based on polyglycol.
Kluber Summit SB oils offer excellent oxidation and ageing stability and show a good viscosity-temperature behaviour.
